At Quran Globe Academy, all our instructors are selected based on rigorous standards to ensure you receive a top-notch learning experience. You are welcome to provide feedback on your teacher using our form after class or through your account dashboard on the website, which helps us improve the overall experience. If needed, you can also switch to a different teacher.


We welcome students of all ages, starting from 4 years old and up.


Absolutely! You can enroll in multiple courses, such as combining Arabic language studies with Quran memorization or recitation.


If a student is unable to attend a class for any reason, they should notify us at least 6 hours prior to the class start time. This can be done through their account, WhatsApp, or by emailing us. We will then work to reschedule the class for a more convenient day.


After booking a monthly membership for your classes, you will meet with your teacher on Zoom or Google Meet at the scheduled times. Ensure that the app is installed on your device for seamless learning.

There are no prerequisites or specific language skills required to enroll. Simply schedule a free trial session to assess your current level, and our instructor will create a tailored learning plan that meets your needs.


Yes, you have the option to either upgrade or downgrade your class schedule. However, this can only be done at the end of the current month and before the beginning of the next month.

Welcome to Quran Globe! Below are the terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for our students, teachers, and administration. By adhering to these policies, we aim to create an organized, efficient, and enriching environment for everyone. Kindly review the terms carefully.

Class Cancellations:

Students must notify the administration at least 3 hours prior if they need to cancel a class. This allows us to inform the teacher and avoid unnecessary waiting. Late notifications (less than 3 hours) will result in the class being marked as completed and will be considered paid.
Absence without prior notice will also result in the class being counted as paid.
Late Attendance:

Teachers will wait for the student for the entire class duration. If the student joins late, they can utilize the remaining time only, as teachers have back-to-back schedules.
If the teacher joins late, they are required to make up for the missed time either after the current session or in a future class, as arranged with the student.
Teacher Absences or Rescheduling:

Teachers must inform the administration if they need to cancel or reschedule a class.
If a teacher is absent without prior notice, they are required to offer a make-up class for the missed session.
Schedule Adjustments:

Any requests to adjust the schedule (e.g., increasing or decreasing the number of classes, changing class timings or durations) must be communicated with the administration. These changes will be coordinated with the teacher and updated in the system.
Adding additional students to the same teacher or Quran Globe classes must also go through the administration.
Professional Boundaries:

Sharing personal contact information (e.g., phone numbers, emails, or social media accounts) with teachers privately is strictly prohibited.
Class Cancellation Limits:

Students can cancel a limited number of classes per month, depending on their selected plan:
2 classes/week (8 classes/month): Up to 2 cancellations/month.
3 classes/week (12 classes/month): Up to 3 cancellations/month.
4 classes/week (16 classes/month): Up to 4 cancellations/month.
5 classes/week (20 classes/month): Up to 5 cancellations/month.
All cancelled classes must be made up within the same month by arranging with the administration and teacher. Unused make-up classes cannot be carried forward to the next month.
Missed Classes Beyond Limits:

Students are not allowed to cancel more classes than the stated limits for their plan. Any additional missed classes will be forfeited without make-up options.
Payment Policy:

Payment must be made in advance on a fixed monthly date agreed upon by the student or parents. Default payment dates are based on the starting date after the free trial class.
Policy Updates:

Quran Globe reserves the right to update its terms and conditions to adapt to new challenges and circumstances. Students and parents are encouraged to regularly review the policy on our website.
